Q: Do I have to download any software?
A: No, all software is hosted on our servers. Your content is controlled through web based interfaces so no web programing skills are required!
You don't have to modify html pages on your computer using another software program, and connect to a server to transfer them, just login using your browser and make your changes. They are available instantly.

Q: Can our users share the accounts on your system?
A: Yes. This works well for our smaller plans, but you will loose some of the ability to track who added an event if one account is shared by many people. For a small organization, a 2 user account would work, use one account as the admin and one account as a basic user.

A: The cost of the service depends on how many users, and how much space you require.

Q: How do I setup an account?
A: Simply click the Sign Up Now link, and complete the forms. You will have to provide a email address. We will email a signup link to validate your email and then you can create a calendar and start using it today.

Q: How do I add a link from my existing web site?
A: You can link to your calendar via a hyper link to http://www.OurOnlineCalendar.com/yourcalendarname. This allows you to link to your existing web site. You may use EzWebCalendar as the main site for your organization.
You can also link to OurOnlineCalendar.com using a Iframe. A Iframe allows you to create a page on your site , ie ourcalendar.htm, and embed your EzWebCalendar into it.
To use a iframe create a page on your site and link to your calendar using this code

A: The biggest problem people have creating an account is the directory name. Keep it simple. All this has to be is a word. You do not have to include http:// or any other code. If you work for "ABC Corp" try ABCCorp, our system will let you know if thats available.

A: This is probably a browser setting. In MS IE go to view, then text size. Select Medium. This is the best setting for OurOnlineCalendar.com

Q: How does the Demo Calendar Work?
A: The demo calendar allows you to test out our calendar system, without creating an account.
This allows multiple people to use the calendar at the same time, so any changes you make to the appearance will not be saved for your next visit.
These appearance changes to the demo calendar will also only be viewable on your PC, so to share them with others in your group create a free trial account.

Q: Is there any commitment when signing up for a trial account?
A: No there is no commitment when you create a trial account. You can upload some files, create users, and customize the calendar. Your account will be open for 15 days then if you want to keep it payment is required.

A: To make a payment use the Payment Page.
Accounts that are past due will be notifed by email, then inactived if no payment is made.
Discounts are offered on payments for 6 and 12 months.

A: Events Can be dowloaded in ical format by clicking on the "Sync to Desktop" Link in the upper left corner of the view events page. This will download that event in ical format.
